Reports

Overview

To view the reports, sign in as an owner or manager.  The reports show the operator activity, service activity, call records, and statistics.

Operator log

The operator log is a summary of the working sessions of the staff.  To display the sessions of a certain period, select Today, This Month, or This Year, or select a start date in the from field and an end date in the to field.  To display the sessions of a particular call shop, select it in the Select a call shop field and click Go.  To display the sessions of a particular staff ID, enter it in the Search by Staff ID field and click Go.

The operator log shows the staff ID, staff name, sign in time, sign out time, work time in hours and minutes, income during the work period, and reported money collected during the work period.

To display the services provided during the work period, click the icon under the Svcs. heading in the row of the work period.

Service log

The service log is a summary of the services provided to each customer.  To display the services of a certain period, select Today, This Month, or This Year, or select a start date in the from field and an end date in the to field.  To display the services of a particular call shop, select it in the Select a call shop field and click Go.  To display the services of a particular staff ID, enter it in the Search by Staff ID field and click Go.

The service log shows the call shop, booth number, service start time when the booth was enabled, service end time when the booth was freed, staff id who provided the service, and total sales of this service.

To print the invoice of the service, click the icon under the Invoice heading in the row of the service.

To display the call records of the service, click the icon under the Calls heading in the row of the service.

Call records

The call records report is a list of the calls made in the call shops.  To display the call records of a certain period, select Today, This Month, or This Year, or select a start date in the from field and an end date in the to field.  To display the call records of a particular call shop, select it in the Select a call shop field and click Go.

The call record shows the call shop, booth, start time of the call, duration of the call, destination number, and charge.

Note: Only call records of closed service sessions are displayed. (To close the service session of a booth, reset the booth.)

Statistics

The statistics report shows a summary and comparison of the sales by various criteria. 

To display a summary and comparison of sales of the calls shops, select By Call Shop in the Show Statistics field, and select the period in the from and to fields.

To display a summary and comparison of sales by staff, select By Staff  in the Show Statistics field, select the period in the from and to fields, and select the call shop or all call shops in the Select a Call Shop field.

To display a summary and comparison of daily sales by call shop, select Daily Report for Call Shop in the Show Statistics field, select the period in the from and to fields, and select the call shop or all call shops in the Select a Call Shop field.

To display a summary and comparison of daily sales by staff, select Daily Report for Staff in the Show Statistics field, select the period in the from and to fields, and select the staff ID in the Select a Staff field.

To display a summary and comparison of monthly sales by call shop, select Monthly Report for Call Shop in the Show Statistics field, select the period in the from and to fields, and select the call shop or all call shops in the Select a Call Shop field.

To display a summary and comparison of monthly sales by staff, select Monthly Report for Staff in the Show Statistics field, select the period in the from and to fields, and select the staff ID in the Select a Staff field.

Note: The statistics function reports the data according to the Service Logs. Only closed service sessions and their call records are included in the report. The statistics function finds the services closed during the specified date range and calculates the sales using call records of calls made during these services. (To close the service session of a booth, reset the booth.) If you do not close the service sessions daily, the sales in the statistics report could include sales prior to the specified date range and could exclude sales of the specified date range. If you do not close the service sessions daily, and if you want to find the sales to end users for calls made on a particular day or days, use the View Log | Call Records function or Billing Info | CDR's & Profits function.
